35.4% Diet Failure. Persistence is in my DNA. I'm going to limit carbs to 100 grams a day and drink more protien. I dont think I'm feeding my body enough fuel so its craving what its used to carbs and sugars!
309.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
