Another loss so very happy and also quite pleased that I am more in tune with my body and responding to its needs rather than my 'wants' which probably only makes sense to me 😅
Nearly the weekend happy days to everyone
166.9 lb Lost so far: 56.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
