I don't know if this weight counts, because it's not what I weighed this morning... but it's what I weighed yesterday afternoon... and I drank plenty of water today... who knows?! :) I'll take it for now and readjust my RDI! :D

p.s. I MUST go to the gym tonight. Haven't been in over a week for a variety of valid reasons. I'll go around 7, to avoid the after-work crowd and increase my chances of getting the machines I like. :)
212.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

"... for a variety of valid reasons." Some might say you're making excuses, but I like your version better and often have a variety of valid reasons myself!

I did end up going that night to the gym and felt great about it!! The variety of reasons were some excuses, but some valid ones... mostly, when I get EXTREMELY tired from work and life, and I still force myself to go gym it up, I end up getting sick. So, if I feel like going to the gym will do more harm than good (i.e. I get sick), then I just spend extra time walking the dogs or getting extra sleep, because I know those things will benefit my progress too, even if it's just psychological! :) Mental health is important too, though! :)
