Still ill this morning, but doing better.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you know, the other day you had some ritz crackers and I noticed that they were noted as being 30 grams of net carbs. that can't be right. that would be a ton of fiber for some crackers! did you look into that? is it right? if it is, I want those crackers, seriously!

No, there's not really any fiber in them. I just didn't have that many. Just trying to get some calories in with my soup and keeping my NC up while I'm ill.
