Ate Bihari chkn for lunch Dinner was at 5 pm, ate all toppings including cheese off Nkd medium firehouse pizza. Left all crust.
Breakfast was gnc shake n tea
I think not snacking at all and strictly following paleo is helping me. I eat 3 fixed meals a day. Period. No more no less. Calories vary from1300 onwards.
