Well it was a fun diet-free weekend. Family reunion on Saturday and Homecoming at church on Sunday has taken a toll on my weight this morning. However, I'm still in the green...
169.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
