So I gained all the weight back. Annoyed? Yes. Surprised? Not really. For the past week I haven't really followed any kind of diet and have been presented with more sweet stuff than I would normally to which I need to find some kind of resistance to. The Friday before last I went home for the weekend to visit my parents (a road trip that started and ended with Checkers) and as usual I gained a couple pounds while I was home. There were loaded calorie dinners and a 13x9 pan of a cookie cheescake dessert o_O. My solution to that is now to make sure that I cook dinner while I'm home so I can make sure that I make dinners that are healthier and I'm sure my Mom would enjoy the break. After my trip home, I took another trip to the mountains of Jasper, GA with my college group Intervarsity to spend time with and learning about God. As awesome as the trip was and how much I learned about God my healthy eating habits suffered. All the meals were provided for us and weren't exactly healthy.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
