Your weight loss is AWESOME! Mine is coming off but at turtle speed LOL! I didnt know 3500 calories is a pound. If you dont mind take a look at my food entries and exercise and give me some tips. Keep in mind with the food, I usually cook myself and I use very little oil, no salt, and no sugar, so they are estimates of calories, fat, sodium ect.

Well I don't know if my diet is recommended some would say I'm not eating enough. All I know is that I feel great and I need to punch another hole in my belt. This article is what got me started on the "math of a calorie". http://www.ehow.com/print/how_4800343_lose-weight-easily-counting-calories.html 3500 calories equals a pound so minus your calories from what you burn naturally and the change for the day goes toward whats left for the day. So you may end up with a negative number or plus calories depends on what you ate how much activity you had. So after your meals and exercise lets say you have 500 calories burned for that day in 7 days with the same effort you could lose 1 pound every 7 days. So you need to do the math and find whats you can handle. I have simplified it for my self and my rule is this. Take you body weight times it by 11. Thats the number of calories you burn in a day. so for me that 285*11= 3135 thats what I burn with doing any thing. then I'm averaging 1000 calories a day recently so minus that. 3135-1000=2135 now I been going to the gym 6 days a week treadmill and heavy weight lifting and burning at least 400-500 a workout. So minus 2135-400= 1735. Now divide 3500/1735 and you get 2.02 so based on that math I should take me no more than 2 days to lose one pound. so if your consistent these numbers should start to make sense. I'm actually rite on track last 2 weeks with about a pound a day. This is my own strategy at weight loss I read the article and made the most sense of it I could. So far the rules have been working for me. the article might make more sense of it.

for some reason I cant post a link. this is what it said. How to Lose Weight Easily Counting Calories By braniac, eHow User Difficulty: Easy Instructions 1 To lose weight easily counting calories, first figure out how many calories your body burns each day without exercise. If you're a female take your weight times ten plus your actual weight. For example if you weigh 140 lbs, 140 x 10 equals 1400. Take 1400 plus 140, which equals 1540. You need 1540 calories a day to break even without any activity. Men, take your body weight times ten and then add twice your weight. Both men and women can add another 20 to 30 percent for regular activity throughout the day doing things like everyday walking, cleaning, and working. 2 Use multiplication to count calories. Counting calories is also a simple way to lose weight by multiplying your weight by an activity level. If you're sedentary, count your calories by multiplying your weight by 14. A 100 pound inactive person breaks even by consuming 1400 calories a day. If you're moderately active, multiply your weight by 17. So, a 100 pound moderately active person burns 1700 calories a day. If you're very active, multiply your weight by 29. For example, if you weigh 100 pounds you will burn 2900 calories a day. Calculating calories to lose weight is simple math. Eat less than total calories burned each day, and you will lose weight easily. 3 Use simple addition to count calories. One pound of fat equals 3500 calories. If you burn 3000 calories a day and eat 3500 calories a day, you have 500 extra calories each day that will show up on your scale as weight gain. Do this for seven days, and you will have gained a pound. If you eat 2500 calories a day and burn 3000 calories a day, you should lose one pound in a week. It's simple to lose weight easily by using math and counting calories. 4 Track exercise calories and add these calories burned to your total daily calories. For example, if you work out at a gym, the exercise machines will usually tell you how many calories you have burned. If not, just do a Google search. If you burn 500 calories on the stair-stepper, add the calories to your total daily amount. If you burn a total of 2000 calories a day with exercise, and only eat 1500 calories, your body should lose 500/3500 pound. That's 1/7 of a pound. Exercise is a great way to improve your health and to lose weight easily.

Honestly I just read you diet and it looks good to me. It's not like your eating unhealthy at all. I'm no professional but if its not coming fast enough the only answer is more cardio. Sweating is important, nothing feels better than a soaked T shirt after work out feeling.
