On the bright side...I believe I found a Zumba place not too far from home! I will check it out this week...Life is short. I'm sure that on my deathbed I won't think about those 0.8 pounds but about all the opportunities to be happy that I ignored because of such foolishness.

That's the attitude! I'm so happy to be new friends! Every loss adds up & look how far you've come already and how great your weight chart looks. As a fellow exercise enthusiast, I'm so glad you found a zumba class. I like many types of fitness classes (spinning, interval/circuit, zumba, etc.), but find zumba in particular to be such fun. Have a great weekend with much of that happiness you spoke of, my new, optimistic friend! xoxox

Congrats!! :-) I sometimes watch people doing the spinning class and...to be really honest with you, I wouldn't have the strength or the endurance for such a demanding class. But I Want to tell you I appreciate lot your encouragement! Thank you a zillion! <3
