Quite pleased with my weight loss this week and know its due to being committed to what I am doing and kicking the ninja nibbler in me out and recording everything I eat.
I am weighing myself every day so I can monitor my ups and downs but recording it on a Friday so that if I have a little more over the weekend all is not lost I can get back on track during the week. Its our wedding anniversary on Saturday so I'm sure food and drink will be part of our celebrations together
My new mantra is I've eaten it therefore it counts
I hope I can lose some more next week
170.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
