Ich bin diese Woche einfach noch nicht zum Sport machen gekommen... aber heut Abend geh ich schwimmen oder laufen, ganz sicher! :-)
198.0 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
