I keep getting off track and gaining weight. I really need to keep trying and not give up. The pain can be overwhelming at times, but regularly exercising could help if I could get it in daily, but how? That's my main problem, between my work schedule, my boyfriend's high demand for help with his cars, and upkeep of the house; I'm wore out. How do you do it?
164.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like my story-the gaining weight part. There is a block I have about taking care of me-haven't got through that yet after many, many years of struggling to lose weight. Health wise I need to and energy wise I need to but somehow lose my focus-it seems to be a short term thing (about a day or so). Anyhow I hear you and somehow we need to feel we are important enough to focus on eating well, exercising and still being part of others lives. I hide by reading and I love reading. Anyhow I am not providing much support to you right now. Today I will record all my food and let you know how I made out tomorrow.
