We are making a bit of progress I think. I"ve been much better about eating junk even with going out a few times. My back is slowly feeling more normal and I've started pushing myself a bit more with the exercise.
I really need to work on my obliques and abs and arms... but I've been avoiding toning exercises to let my back heal.
Still.. I"m cutting my hair this week and I'm planning to spend 12 days hiking around the mountains.
Cheers,
Jennith

Your weight loss chart looks good, you are doing something right. And a new haircut is always so much fun. Hiking around the mountains is probably the best exercise I have heard about for a long time. Have fun.

Wow, a 12 day hiking trip! That sounds grueling, but fun. Be safe, and have a great time!
