I don't know anymore. I have been staying under my calorie count.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are already at a low weight and don't have much to lose. So you may need to tighten your diet. Are you tracking all your food honestly or taking some bites, licks and tastes here and there? It can make you yo-yo the same few pounds. Are you drinking your water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you getting enough protein in your diet? Protein and fiber help us lose fat better than any other food groups. Are you staying consistent with your calories or are you going up and down a lot? With so little to lose, you may need to be more stringent. Are you being active? Activity really helps when you don't have a lot to lose. Realistic expectations is about half a pound to a pound a week. If you eat a lot of processed foods, make sure you drink water to offset the sodium. Make sure you are getting enough fresh foods (fruits and veggies too). It can take a lot of patience to get the weight off. Good luck!
