I don't think my body likes it when I eat cheese. Woke up this morning and am feeling "puffy". in other news, the wife has seen the results just from this week and has decided to join me.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
