Yay!! Down to 195. Every little pound counts. I did pretty good this weekend. I had a half of a margarita when I went out on Friday. I know it is forbidden but I was out and I couldn't help myself. On Sat, we had a cookout with by best friend and her hubby and kid. It was fun but it was so hard not to eat the french fries. French fries are a huge weakness for me...those and chips and salsa. I have learned to have salsa on veggies and chicken and that helps me get my fix but there is no sub for FF. Next week when I am in phase 2 I can have sweet potato baked fries. That will have to work. I survived the weekend and still lost weight.

Once you get out of phase one and into phase two a ways, when you do try fries you'll be suprised to find that they taste greasy and really don't satisfy you anymore. That's what happened to me! :)
