Well I finally lost a whole pound yesterday, but it came right back. Our power was out since about 8 Saturday night and we were told it could be up to 3 days before it came back on, so yesterday we ended up eating a lot of fast food while we were running around trying to get prepared. Oh well, hopefully it will go away again now that we can go shopping and stock back up on healthier foods.

it just gives you the opportunity to eat the best choice you can at the fast food places. It reminded me of when I travel by car and its so tough to stand in front of that board filled with sweet bun burgers and smelling-good French fries and then having to choose the chicken salad, half the time going for the burger, but when I actually got the salad, realizing it was actually better, maybe just because there was no guilt.
