For my height, 200 lbs is the BMI dividing line between "overweight" and "obese."

Not that BMI means a whole lot, but it's an excellent milestone. And I'm thrilled to be in the 100's. :) (and I won't be crushed if I'm back over again tomorrow - these things sometimes take a few days to stick.)
199.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
