This was at 4am because I had breakfast. Today I did the 12 hour diet. And I will stay under my calorie count. I will do the 1 day diet tomorrow and hopefully I can see a big drop soon.
133.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
