Starting week three of p90x3. I'm so tired but I am seeing results on the scale so I'll continue. I'm a bit tired of fish but I have decided that every dinner will be fish for the month of the p90x3 phase.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
