Went to a birthday party last night. It was a family party. Enjoyed seeing them. Only went over 50 calories and I even had a piece of cake. Not bad. Only up .2 from yesterday and showing a small loss for the week. Everyone have a great weekend!
136.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
