Blew my diet yesterday. Mother's Day tea party had too many food choices that I didn't make much of an effort to avoid. I gained a few pounds over the weekend, but it's my own fault. But I think it was worth it. I ate bread and scones and cookies! Back to the plan today. It will probably take me a week to get back to where I was.
