So sore. Walked around the park for over 1 1/2 hours yesterday, didn't plan on exercising that much or that long, but was in the midst of interesting conversation with my walking partner so time had no meaning. At least the scale was kind to me this morning.

I didn't feel it while doing it, but I sure am feeling it today! But I went swimming this morning anyhow. Thanks for the encouragement!
