Just trying to get back to healthy eating. Have been eating out way too much because of the convenience but recently had to stop because of gastritis. Cutting acidic foods have been hard but I met with a dietician to help me find the right meals.
I have been eating a lot of chicken breast and salmon with veggies and Ezekiel bread, Siete Almond, black beans flour tortillas and Violife vegan cheese along with steamed veggies.
So far so good, I lost a little weight so far. I’m hoping to get this under control and make this sustainable.
