I'm really really disappointed with myself this week. I did really well Sunday-Wed and then messed a little bit on Thurs-Friday and my numbers are awful. I lost less than a pound when I was expecting 3-4. I didn't work out as much as I wanted either. And next week is going to be really hard to make any gains because I have two celebrations to attend that are going to center around eating and drinking. *sigh* feeling really discouraged
