I am so excited....I lost some more weight I'm down 8.5lbs my first week! Hopefully the first two or three weeks i will continue to lose rapidly before it slows down too much. My goal for next week is to start doing some real exercise. Losing this weight out of the shoot will give me a boost of motivation to take more more step. Well it's time to get packing for our move so have a great day and I will stop by later.
307.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 107.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bravo!! Yes the loss of the first few weeks is great, but it will taper off. Though, with hard work and determination, you WILL succeed! :) You've got a lot on your plate, and taking this to task will make dealing with everything else easier with each pound you drop. Keep kickin' butt!
