I haven't run the past two nights as I've been removing sod from my backyard. I'm traveling to ABQ today, but i should get in at least 5 miles tomorrow.
183.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
