Still BF'ing kiddo but now with mom actives like Bellydance an hour X2 a week...full teaching no elevators...swimming, etc
195.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
