Note to self: 3 days gym this week. I’ve been feeling rough for the last 3 days. I found lifting the light weights, heavy. I suspect the hay-fever is kicking in. Hopefully, this rough period will pass soon enough. 👊🏼
170.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 170.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I felt tired like that last week and it turned into a cold (not covid) Take a rest if you need it! PS I am going to the pool today for a short swim to see how I am.

Thanks Anne. Yes I’ll take a C-19 test today to be on the safe side. Enjoy the swimming session.

Hay fever is a complete PITA. Hope your gym has good air conditioning.
