Yesterday I finally got my second covid booster shot. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 641 kcal deficit // BF unchanged // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day (upper body)
150.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
