I found last night I'm to the point where I am just eating because I should, not because I desire food or to eat. I couldn't figure out what to eat all day yesterday, and what I did eat, I didn't really seem to want once I tasted it. Blah. Had chinese food last night, so I can't really accurately put in in the food tracker, but I lost weight again today, so I'm not really concerned about it. I am sort of concerned that I can't seem to take in more than 1000 calories a day. I'm not really hungry and I'm still losing, so I'm not sure if I should be really concerned about 1000 calories a day or not.
