I dont knnow how I did it...but I am now 4 pounds lighter! I have had a fairly bad week all round. Boozing on Saturday night and eating things on the hop. Plenty of bread. I dont know what I did...and I guess that is the most frustrating thing with this diet...you do everything right and put on weight...you then have a bad week and loose weight. Anyway...4 pounds is 4 pounds! Yay me!
