Well my weight is up a little bit. Made an attempt at scones last night, they were okay, but nothing special. If anyone has a low calorie/ healthy scone recipe, I'd love to have the recipe!! I'm very fond of them with a cup of hot green tea. Mmmmm.

Besides that I have a foot doctor appointment today. :( Needles, my foot, not a happy day for me. *le sigh* I'll probably be fairly grumpy for the remainder of the day.

I think I slept funny last night, since I woke up with my head throbbing. -____- Had coffee, Excedrin migraine medicine, and a claritin for breakfast along with some toast. Just not feeling like my normal cheerful self.

Not much else to report. Not exercising today because of the foot doc appt. Looking forward to the end of the day, Jules down for the night, and a looong hot bubble bath with candles and a good book. About the only thing that'll keep me going today.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it's just the weather... I've had a headache (in varying degrees) for the past 3 days... oh wait... I'm on my 4th day now. I'm hoping it was a combination of my TOM (which is now done) and a weather change and it'll be gone soon. Of course, my lack of any real amount of sleep isn't helping either!

I'm in the boat with you Brandy. -__- Just a miserable day. We're allowed them once in awhile. I had an interrupted sleep. Haven't plugged in my armband to see how much I actually got yet.

Has the armband helped you lose weight? I thought about getting one, but wasn't sure how much it did help?

It really shows how much you burn through out the day, how much actual sleep you get at night. I've found it very helpful in just knowing more about myself and body. It really shows the days when I'm slacking on exercise too. XD Then I kick myself in the butt about it. Helps to keep me on track and focused.

I have the Body media fit armband. So far I like everything about it. I wish it was free to access the information from it, but the subscription to the online site is only 7 dollars a month. So for me it's worth it. I like to know everything that is going on with me. I think there is a thread about the body media fit armband on FS somewhere, you can probably search for it under the community tab.

Just got back from the foot doctor, and I'm now scheduled to have the cyst removed next Wednesday. He said it'll be about 3 weeks of recovery afterwards. -___- And walking as tolerated. Not sure what it'll mean for weightloss over the next month. So we'll see. Might have to focus on abs, upper body, shadow boxing, etc. Had pretzel bites, 3 sips of hubby's lemonade icy, and a oatmeal walnut raisin cookie at the mall before we headed back too.

Well at least they are willing to do something about it, and 3 weeks is minor really once your healed you will be good, look for alternatives and just roll with it ;)

Thanks for the Pep talk Pixi. I really needed a little one today. Just feeling a little weirded thinking about what they're going to do next week. They'll numb my foot completely. But I'll be Awake for the whole thing. :S Just a little freaky thinking about it. On a side note, my dirty rice came out good tonight.

I love dirty rice, but mine never ever turns out lol I am trying to convince my Dr. he wants to do the same thing to my foot but he doesn't want to mess up my tattoo and told me until it becomes a major issue he is going to keep doing what he is doing.

Pixi's right... it's great that they'll fix it! It will make everything so much better after! And I have to say that as long as you're awake, it's actually a good thing. You won't have that hung over feeling and will heal a lot faster! I hear they give lots of good drugs after, so pain shouldn't be an issue! You'll be back jogging before you know it!

Thank you Brandy and Pixi. I know it's for the best, and I feel better about it all this morning. Just going to focus on maintaining for the next month. So any pounds lost will be a bonus. I've never had that hungover feeling. Ever. Drugs don't do it, booze doesn't. XD The few times I have been put under, I wake up with a Buttload of Energy, and bounce around like a 5yr old on a caffine and sugar high. O.O

Jada-sorry I wasnt around online yesterday to brighten up your grumpy self.I wouldva sent you some lol cats.Haha. Doesnt it bite a big 'you know what' when life decides to interrupt and ruin all grand your diet plans?I'm glad that you're finally getting some resolution with the surgery.Finding some exercise alternatives is a good plan.I think that having a going in plan is also good idea.Without one,it'd much easier to forgo a diet altogether. Hope you have a wonderful cinco de mayo!

Thank you Lu. And yes, life really does bit Azz when weightloss plans/routines get interrupted. Just going to come to terms with it, and try not to get too down in the dumps. At least I'll have lost of distraction from things over the weekend.
