I went to have a beer with my honey last night and had fried chicken wings. I needed another calories load day but it seems like my body is getting used to eating lower calories. I am starting excercising one hour a day. I know I said that last week but the one day I did I got week and shaky. Although I was doing high intensity kettle bell stuff. I am going walking/jogging for an hour a day and see how that turns out.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
