Happy May Day! anyone want to dance around a may pole with me? it'll be fun. I'll wear my hat.

might be related to the swim, but doubt it, I am sore all over this morning. back, arms. wondering where I screwed up. not where I want to be starting a challenge. That said, it was a good, hard swim. 867 strokes, 10.4 METs, 150 average heart rate. Worked on this swim. Should have held it back for today, LOL. 10 minutes in warm up, 17 in peak. looks like I topped out at 159, which means I held the effort pretty steady for the duration. ordering some larger paddles today, mine are coming apart anyways and it will make it harder which is good for the heart rate games.

here's where the scale can be a lying piece of poop. I know what I did yesterday, it wasn't eating anything unhealthy. never left the house. blob is holding. I'll have my revenge today as I'm going to Home Depot to buy some heavy things to move around the yard and there will be no heavy stuff rescue from BF as he's going on travel. first time in a couple years. I'll need to make sure I'm wearing real shoes because I like to be responsible when I'm being stupid.

edit for tomorrow when I forget. bought some turkey bacon, was just in the mood for real bacon and this seemed like a good idea at that moment in time. 400 g of sodium in two pieces. that will be interesting. might eat a banana today, LOL. not gonna lie, it was tasty, but it probably isn't healthy. that said, I'll bet I can make a decent mock pastrami sandwich with this stuff. purists, just look away when I post pics one day.
