Already snagged a drumstick and two small wings. Eating more baby spinach because kale salad mixes getting expensive. This will stretch it out. Hummus for dressing.

I used to use bagged spinach mixed with coleslaw/cabbage mix when making salads for lunch before I retired. I've even put spinach in when I stir fry.

I love sautéed spinach. Might make some of that, too. I just need to figure out my measurements to make this last the week without getting disgusting.
