Everything notched down this time. Blob down, muscle down, water down. Working on a little heart rate project for the next month, going to actively chart it for a month and compare to same time last year. There's an app for that, of course. Little competition with a friend. Always fun. We all get older, but we can keep pushing it. I can't compete directly because he'd crush me, but we can work our numbers against ourselves. Starting 1 May, we'll see where it leads us.

For those who asked me, here it is. It's Fire Hat Friday! I was playing around and it was gifted to me because it's too old or something. I love it. Acting like a dork has its rewards. Am I wearing it now? not gonna say. maybe. Doesn't work well in the pool though. Too heavy.
