hehe, thanks jen. it was pretty good. this is the cauliflower stir fry I can't stop obsessing over. I add different spices each time and I just love it.

I make cauliflower rice that same way and eat it with fish too. I have been craving salmon for the past few days, and your pic literally looks like something i would post but i don't have red dishes, haha.
