Up and down up and down in about the same place. I still feel good because it is at lower place. I am cutting out some sodium to see if that helps. I think my body is starting to retain vits and mins more. 125 here we come!

I hear you on the up and down... but if we look at the big picture and see that we are generally moving down, I think that's reason to celebrate our efforts! :) I hope you reach 125 and I reach 170 this week. I'd be thrilled.
