Still trying to figure out this 'maintenance' thing...

In the past, I found that difficult too. It was always up a little one week, down a little the next. I'm just going to accept this because I'm expecting it again. As long as I don't see more and more gaining I think it's ok. Healthy eating and behaviors you have those Crystal. Things will likely level out to your liking. Just my thoughts :)
