Down another pounds this morning. Just another 1/2 to go to the lowest. :3 Sooo close, then the next little step will be getting below 250 and into the 240's.

Walked 3 miles this morning, my foot was bothering me so I decided not to jog at all, and walk. Odd thing happened Just walking I beat my time by 4 mins from yesterday. :P And yesterday I jogged. Guess I maintained a higher overall speed today than I did yesterday. Joined the 50 miles in May challenge yesterday too. And So far for may I'm at 6/50 miles. Going to try for 60 miles this month though. We'll see what happens though.

Making an appointment with my foot doctor today about the Damn cyst again. >.< Really not happy about it.

Also tonight is Ratatouille Night!! :D I made the marinara for the recipe yesterday, and I think I'm going to add very little bell pepper to the layered veggie part of the dish...since I'm not overly fond of them. *Super Excited* I will take pictures, and add the recipe to my cookbook this evening or tomorrow morning.

Have a pleasant Monday. :)

Sounds like you're on a roll! Foot problems are the worst ):. I have knee problems, so that slows me down too. Ratatouille sounds delicious!! Let us know how it goes, and keep up the good work. Getting below 250 is going to feel AWESOME!!! (I can't wait to get down to the 250's, the 260's have lingered for FAR too long!!)

Good luck getting your foot issues resolved! They're so frustrating. I think I finally have mine figured out but every time I run, I'm paranoid that its going to come back! Keep it up and you'll smash through that 250 lb mark! I got seriously hung on my last decade and it was such a relief when I finally got there- you just have to keep at it until you get your breakthrough. It WILL happen!

Hopefully they can get your foot sorted out, I was reading about these cysts the other day because mine decided to make a re-appearance in my life as well and one of the sites (i can't find it now) said that weight may play a factor in it, so maybe if we keep shrinking these stupid things will just disappear!

Thank you Everyone! :) I've been in the 250's for the last month and I'm ready to move on to a new weight era. The foot thing has been a long, off and on problem the last several months. And I'm just tired of it. Almost to the point of acceptance that it's going to come back every 3-4 weeks. I have been paranoid about the cyst coming back, and re-tearing my calf muscle on the same leg when I jog/run. So I really try not to over do it. If I feel the littlest twinge/ache I stop jogging and switch to power walking. Seems to work out okay. I feel for you Pixi, we've talked about cysts before. Hopefully as I drop the next half to my goal weight, I won't have any more cyst issues. I hope yours goes away too. >.< They're just annoying plain and simple. And I will let yall know how the Ratatouille comes out!!
