Back down this morning after my birthday dinner. :)
141.6 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 April 2011:
1515 kcal Fat: 100.73g | Prot: 92.34g | Carb: 60.65g.   Breakfast: benefiber, darigold butter, egg, Original Sausage Patty, Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch: chicken, tri-tip steak. Dinner: 100% whole grain wheat thins, cinammon, egg, tillamook swiss cheese, salami. Snacks/Other: yellow squash, zucchini, garlic, Shallots. more...
