I realized yesterday that I was not counting my foundation vegetable 12-15 grams of NET carbs correctly. In trying to rectify that, I went over in my net carb count today. Got 17. something foundation vegetable net carbs, but was over by 3. something net carbs overall.
It took some effort to retrain myself today, but I'm glad that I caught myself before I got too far along. It will probably take me a week or so to learn how what a good induction day looks like. Practice makes perfect!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
