Okay, I knew the first part of this month was going to be ugly on the scale. Back from vacation but I really can't remember everything I ate/drank to be able to back track on my log. I'm certain I was well over my RDI on most days. Should have hand written it down so I could add it later - fail! Luckily I ate healthier than I thought I would, although the drinking killed me in empty calories. Ah well - it's not like I take vacation every week :-)
On the plus side, I did get in some decent miles! Week one miles = 8.5 (exercise bike and actual hiking in the mountians) still shy of my mini goal of 10 for the week but I feel I can get back on track. Until yesterday I was in zombie sleep deprived mode, but last night I put in another 2 miles. I need to step it up tonight some. Knee is sore but not driving me crazy so I'm feeling encouraged to keep it up.
Total miles to date: 10.5
Time to get back on my focus. Hope everyone else is doing well with the 75 in 31 challenge!

Did you enjoy yourself. Most of it is water from change of eating.

Definitely enjoyed myself Deaby! Hoping by the weekend the scale will be closer to where it was when I left for the trip.

Don't worry about it, it was a vacation, you worked out a lot, you could have been putting back muscle and your back on track. The beauty is your body metabolism probably got a chance to ratchet up and expect more calories. Which will help you get to your goal later, as long as you don't turn every week into a Vacation! :)
