Help! I think I may have been confused about the 12-15 grams of foundation vegetables for your carbohydrate count. I will have to check on that. The confusion comes from the lack of the word NET. It's missing. Should 12-15 grams of your NET carbs be from foundation vegetables or overall carb count. Somebody help me out here.

I'm pretty sure it's net carbs, AND what I love about this website is that you can get it to list the net carb count in your food diary. It's the only carb count I worry about.

Thanks for the reply. I did find that on the acceptable foods for Induction sheet that I printed out from Atkins.com, it did state NET carbs from foundation vegetables, so I am retraining myself. Two weeks of establishing a menu has been undone and I'm back to finagling the numbers, BUT at least it's not undoing a couple of months of bad training! The challenge helped me to nip that misinformation in the bud. Color me grateful, even if it has set me back a bit.
