I went over calories yesterday and then had two drinks in the evening - so this is explainable. I feel like I deserve days like this sometimes since I’m down from >230 pounds. Yay me!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
