Today is day 1 of the 1 Mile a Day Challenge and I did walk my mile. I had a good day with my carbs & water. Nothing but water to drink all day no sweetness. My carbs stayed under 20. Breakfast was 3 eggs& a 4oz tilapia filet. Lunch was tuna fish w/ 1/2 small homegrown tomato & 2 cucumbers. Supper was grilled chicken breast & fresh grilled veggies. My night snack was a peach. I've never eaten fruit when on Atkins but I'll try it now. I have a 32oz cup that I filled 6 times. I'm just going to weigh once a week and see how that goes.
