I have been on an up and down rollercoaster with my weight all my life. I have never weighed this much and feel horrible. I recently went to the Dr. My thyroid, cholesterol & blood pressure are all out of whack. the thyroid hopefully has a big part in the lack of motivation. I know how to do it but have to get moving again. I hope the challenges, tips & support on here will be my push. I don't want to be this person with a million pills to take. I don't like the risks & side effects and have always just taken vitamins & herbs.

I think it's under my fatsecret at the top right and says food. Its loaded with info from different places and types of foods. Best list I've seen and it breaks it down for u good too. I learned by playing around to see what all was here. Best of luck!

What would you tell your 16 year old self?
These are all great answers. If only "We knew then what we know now" right? I would say stay active! Follow your dreams & conquer your fears. Always keep moving and take care of your body inside & out, its the only one you will have.

recommendations please
I have been on Atkins many times before and always backslide. I don't really care or miss sugar or breads. My weakness is pasta but I'm ok without it if I have veggie noodles. Lately fruit is my weakness especially Peaches. My Father in law has peach tread in the back yard and I'm helping pick them. I can't resist when surrounded in the sweet smell. They are natural but no acceptable for induction. I swapped to FAT FLUSH but I don't see many losing weight or posting. I've lost 4lbs doing Atkins but allowing my peaches. Should I stay on Atkins or do fat flush? Should I mark it that it's my own diet? The challenges are great and spark my competitive side to push thru and accomplish the tasks. I LOVE THIS SITE!!!
