I am back on Fatsecret. Looks like I gained 10 pounds in 2 months, so I am going to the dr. today to see what is happening. In the meantime, this means I have to work hard again to get this fat off. Just in January I was 135 and that was the winter. So this is very frustrating. At least I am going to the gym now I just need to go every day now. Tried Zumba lots of fun. will keep going.
