Interestingly enough I ate a whole lot of foods that I shouldn't have necessarily eaten but I lost weight. I've been feeling pretty bloated lately and I think it's because I unintentionally hadn't eaten meat it like a week and a half. I think my body was in shock.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 April 2011:

Hey, Don't forget to update your weight. Also, don't forget to enter in what exercises you did each day. I bet you've burned a ton of calories in your dance classes! Congratulations on your weight loss, keep up the good work!

Thanks so much for the encouragement and helping to keep me on track! It's hard to track my exercise sometimes because I honestly have no idea how many calories in a dance class and it honestly probably varies a TON. I need to get one of those watches that has the calorie tracker in it. Maybe then I can take an average.
